Overview
2022 Land Rover Discovery is an all-wheel drive crossover of the K2 class. Restyling of the fifth generation of the model. The premiere of the car took place on November 10, 2020.
Restyling brought the Discovery crossover subtle changes in appearance: the optics pattern was changed, the grille and bumpers were slightly redesigned, and the taillights were devoured by a black glossy stripe. The equipment list now includes a separate R-Dynamic styling package. Head optics can be obtained from matrix, and disks – a maximum of 22 sizes.
Inside, the consequences of restyling are better seen: instead of analog devices, a 12.3-inch panel appeared, and a 10-inch touchscreen recessed into the panel was replaced by a protruding 11.4-inch one. In addition, the climate and heating/ventilation block has been completely redesigned – now with two rotary washers and touch buttons. The gearbox retractor washer disappeared from the central tunnel – it was replaced with a fixed lever. The steering wheel also received a modified design.
It should be noted that the restyled Discovery 5 uses the Pivi Pro multimedia system, which provides online services and is updated in real time – the unit is equipped with dual-sim technology with two LTE modems.
