Overview
Land Rover Discovery Sport is a 7-seater SUV of the K1 class. The public world debut of the model took place at the Paris Motor Show in October 2014.
2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport has replaced the Freelander model and opened a new chapter for the English company, in which the distribution of the model range looks a little different than before. Discovery Sport in it is located exactly between the Defender and the Range Rover. The uniqueness of this car is that, with a relatively compact size, it can accommodate seven people (boarding formula 5 + 2), but at the same time remain quite spacious, comfortable, and premium (both in terms of the quality of the interior trim and the level of equipment).
Of course, Discovery Sport has a complete set of systems and equipment that makes it a real SUV, in the best traditions of the brand. Not the last role is played by the parameters of geometric cross-country ability – the angles of entry, exit, and longitudinal cross-country ability of 25, 31, and 21 degrees, respectively. Not without, of course, proprietary Terrain Response technology with numerous modes. In addition, the car can overcome fords up to 600 mm deep.
